1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods to return the product without justification.
To maintain the right to a full refund, the product must arrive at our technical service department in the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original box, with no evidence of use, and with all accessories.
The return transport costs, in these cases, are at the customer's expense. The price is 15€ for products weighing less than 30kg, and in the case of products weighing 30kg or more, the price is 100€.
We are committed to pay for the order in the same way as the purchase was made within a period of less than 14 calendar days after verification of the condition of the returned product, provided that the product complies with the conditions mentioned and the return has been accepted.
The return policy for withdrawal does not apply to:
Defects in the product due to improper or incorrect use.
The absence of integral elements of the product or accessories.
Lack of original packaging or internal packaging.
Intimate or hygienic products such as sex toys or masks.
Products that do not have the corresponding proof of purchase or invoice.
In case of identifying a lack of conformity of the returned product, the request of the customer will be rejected. Exceptionally, Atlantis Internacional, S.L. will be able to value a partial refund according to the state of the product or to propose to the customer to recover the product in our warehouse located in the province of Barcelona. In this case, we will keep the product in the warehouse for one year for the customer to retrieve it after they have delivered it.
In addition, you will be offered the option of requesting a shipment of the same product to your home address, charging the associated transport costs of 15€ for products weighing less than 30 kg and 100€ for products weighing 30kg or more.
Note: If the conditions of the marketplace where you have purchased your product are more favorable than those of Techno Móvil, the one that is most beneficial for the customer will be applied.
2. Cancellation of orders
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 12h pm. If the customer contacts us to cancel their order before this time, we will cancel and refund the amount paid for the product, including any shipping costs paid within 48 working hours. However, we do not guarantee to handle all cancellation requests during busy periods.
If an order is cancelled after 12h pm Monday to Friday, the order will have already left the warehouse and will be in delivery. The customer must refuse the order when the carrier delivers it. We reserve the right to await the return of the product to our warehouse in order to reimburse the full amount of the purchase, including any shipping costs paid.
3. Damage caused by transport
If the delivered product has defects caused by transport, the customer has the right to request an exchange for a new product or to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We suggest that the customer checks the merchandise before signing the delivery note, and not open the package if there are obvious signs of tampering or damage. In the event of noticing any damage, the customer must inform the carrier during delivery and refuse the product, leaving a reference of the complaint.
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to request a refund or replacement of the damaged product. The refund process will be completed within 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product.
We will collect the product from the customer's home and will be responsible for all costs associated with the transport and exchange service of the damaged product.
The return policy for damage caused by transport does not apply to:
Defects in the product due to improper or incorrect use.
Defects due to logical wear and tear of the product, caused by its normal use.
Defects or damage caused by accident, fire, contact with liquids, environmental phenomena or any other external cause.
Products that do not have the corresponding proof of purchase or invoice.

4. Warranty exchange policy
All items imported by Atlantis Internacional, S.L. for commercialization come with a legal warranty period of 3 years from the date of purchase, as stipulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Refurbished products are covered by a legal warranty with a validity of 1 year.
The 3-year guarantee consists of the repair or replacement of the elements that have been recognised as defective. The repairs will be carried out on the premises of Atlantis Internacional, S.L.
A replacement with a new product of identical or similar characteristics will be proposed to the customer in the following cases:
When the corrective measure to bring the product into conformity is impossible or disproportionate.
When we have not been able to repair the product.
When there is a lack of conformity after the attempt to bring the product into conformity.
In the event that we do not have a product available for replacement with a new one, the customer will be offered the option of receiving a full refund of the amount paid for the defective product.
We will collect the product from the customer's home and will be responsible for all costs associated with the transport and repair service of the product or warranty exchange.
The warranty exchange policy does not cover:
Defects in the product due to improper or incorrect use.
Defects due to logical wear and tear of the product, caused by normal use of the product, such as batteries, chargers or headphones, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Defects caused by an installation, modification, repair or maintenance carried out by third parties not authorised by Atlantis International S.L.
Defects or damages caused by accident, fire, contact with liquids, environmental phenomena or any other external cause.
Products without the corresponding proof of purchase or invoice.
In the event of identifying a lack of conformity of the returned product, the customer's request will be rejected, and the customer will be offered the possibility of contracting a repair service with its corresponding fees or retrieve the product from our warehouse located in the province of Barcelona. In this case, we will keep the product in our warehouse for one year for the customer to retrieve it after they have delivered it.
In addition, the customer will be offered the option of requesting a shipment of the same product to the specified address, charging the associated transport costs of 15€ for products weighing less than 30 kg and 100€ for products weighing 30kg or more.
5. Repair and parts replacement service
The customer has the right to request the repair service for a product out of guarantee up to 10 years after the purchase date. In Atlantis Internacional, S.L. we have the responsibility to ensure the availability of spare parts for repairing components throughout this duration, particularly for our proprietary brands and products under our distribution purview.
Subsequently, the repair tariffs are delineated based on the product's categorization. These rates encompass the repair service itself but do not encompass the expenses associated with transportation for the retrieval of the product from the customer's home or its shipment subsequent to repair. Upon initiation of a repair request, the customer will be invoiced in advance for both the service fee and any associated transportation costs.
In the event that the product is deemed irreparably damaged or defective, the customer shall receive reimbursement for both the expenses incurred in the repair service and the transportation costs for delivering the product to their home address. Nonetheless, expenses associated with the collection of the product from the customer's home will not be subject to reimbursement. Furthermore, the customer will have the alternative of opting for the retrieval of the product from our warehouse situated in the province of Barcelona. In this case, we will keep the product in our warehouse for one year for the customer to retrieve it after they have delivered it.
In reference to the transportation expenses to be assumed by the customer, the fee for both collection and shipment of the product amounts to 15€ per transport service for items weighing less than 30kg. Conversely, for products weighing 30kg or more, the charge stands at 100€ for each transport service.
