The purpose of this Legal Notice is to inform all users about the configuration and conditions of use of the Store Techno Móvil of ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. In this way, ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. complies with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

This Legal Notice is subject to continuous review by ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L., being modified whenever necessary in order to adapt it to current legislation at any given time or to any variation in our Store. 2. USER ACCEPTANCE

By accessing and using our Store, you become a "user". From such access and/or use, the user is deemed to accept absolutely and unreservedly the rules and conditions of use set out in this Legal Notice. The content and services offered through the Store are intended for use by persons of legal age. The user uses the Store at his own risk. By accessing it, the user undertakes to use the Store in accordance with the Law and the provisions of this Legal Notice, and is liable to ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. and to third parties for any damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. provides its users with access to this Store, its contents and services with a reasonable level of competence and diligence. In this regard, this Store has been reviewed and tested so that it works properly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. - the non-compliance or lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the products or services provided by third parties and made available to users through the Store.

The Store may contain links to other websites and incorporate information or services of third parties, in order to facilitate the user's access to information from collaborating companies. ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content or operation. ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L. only offers the user these links and information or services for their convenience, it being the responsibility of the user to read and accept the conditions of use and privacy policies published on the linked websites or apps.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The use, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the contents of the Store in any way by the user is prohibited, except in the cases provided for by law or expressly authorised by ATLANTIS INTERNACIONAL, S.L.. The user, by virtue of the acceptance of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her by app of the current law.

However, if the user is a consumer, the provisions of the Legal Notice shall also be subject to the corresponding applicable local legislation, and any dispute shall consequently be submitted to the competent courts of the user's domicile.
